Trading Standards Approved


Buy with Confidence is an approved trader scheme, which has been set up to assist residents to find reputable local businesses. The scheme is run by a partnership of local Trading Standards services.

Businesses are audited by Trading Standards to ensure they comply with consumer protection legislation and only once they pass can they display the Buy with Confidence logo and be entered onto the website. Approved businesses are monitored on a regular basis and feedback is invited from their customers. If member companies fall below acceptable standards, they may be expelled from the scheme. The scheme also allows for an arbitration service in instances where the business and the consumers cannot achieve a satisfactory resolution.

Bluemanor Windows has already built up a reputation in Essex and now its commitment to equally has been recognised by Essex Trading Standard. With the company's success continuing to grow, in April 2011 Bluemanor Windows became part of the "Buy with Confidence Scheme", which is operated by Essex Trading Standards.

Bluemanor Windows was approached by Trading Standards because of its good reputation and after stringent checks, which it had to pass, the company is now an Essex Trading Standards approved supplier, ensuring consumer confidence is top priority.
