Wendy’s Home Renovation
During our visit to Wendy’s property in Rayne, we discussed the possibility of replacing all the windows throughout the property so that we could achieve a better aesthetic. Wendy wanted to improve the energy efficiency, security and visual appeal of her property. Wendy opted for the beautiful Resurgence Flush Casement Window from Liniar. Once a decision had been made on the windows, Wendy described the issues she was having with her current conservatory, which had only had its roof replaced with an“OverClad” system in the past five years. Wendy’s Over-Clad replacement roof had a detrimental effect on light within the space, and because the existing frames had not been replaced at the same time, the overall energy performance and heat retention within had not improved.

To make the space unique inside and out, we installed led downlights in the internal pelmet that complement the vaulted ceiling around its perimeter.
On the roof’s exterior, grey aluminium panels provided the contemporary aesthetic Wendy was hoping to achieve.

Before any decision was made, we invited Wendy to visit our stunning showroom. Our helpful team discussed different window models, their features and custom options so that Wendy could confidently decide on the best window style to match her needs and property.
Our Flush Casement range was a clear winner. For a personal touch, Wendy opted for a classic white foil finish, silver handles and white trickle vents from our selection of hardware options. She also chose obscured glazing in an oak colour, which achieved an amazing 1.3 W/m2k U-Value rating.
